“We came in from Tulsa for the weekend and decided to try Callahan's for dinner. This is top 3 steakhouses I have ever eaten at. And that is a serious compliment. First the bread, I don't know what magic spice is in there, but absolutely fantastic. The sides. Mushrooms and Steak fries were perfect. The lady had the Brussels Sprouts. They are a sweet Brussels Sprouts and are like eating candy. And then there's the steaks. We both eat rare steaks, which not everyone can get right. My strip steak was cooked to perfection and marbled like a dream. The lady had the filet done Pittsburgh style and said it was the best Pittsburgh she has ever had. And then there was our server Disney. She was warm, funny and an absolute delight. I can't recommend this restaurant enough.“

“We were seated immediately upon walking in. Our server/waitress was Lydasha B and she was very attentive to our table (and others in her area) and brought items to us prior to us even asking. Food came out hot and tasted great. My son got the Club Sandwich and just half of it could have fed two people alone - it was huge and he said it tasted even betger! We're so glad y'all have a location in Siloam Springs. This was our 4th time eating here and every visit thus far has been outstanding. See y'all again real soon!“
