“I was able to order fairly quickly and service was fine. I purchased the Dolsot Bibimbap with Octopus to-go for $22.34 after tax. It was ready within 15 minutes, and when I got home, the food was still warm. Bibimbap was delicious, however, I wish there was more octopus seeing I spent $4 more for it. This was my third time purchasing food here, first time getting it to-go. The main factor for giving it four stars is the fact the majority of their food is pricey.“
“Longhorn is a wonderful place to go. We often use it as our special occasion outing. Tonight we were celebrating our wedding day. The service and our server were excellent, and the food was, as always, delicious and plentiful. If I had any concern, it would be that the atmosphere is prone to being too loud. I have a hard time hearing my wife over the din of the room. Perhaps there is a location in the restaurant that might be a little quieter. Any suggestions would be appreciated. We sat across from the window row and it was just too loud.“

“Like I told them when I was leaving, I have found my off the beaten path place for my post V.A. appointment meals! When I say it's a hole in the wall, I hope you understand my old school meaning and take it as the compliment that it is! Even had a newer TV on top of an old TV playing Andy Griffith of all things so it really felt like a home atmosphere. Again, this is a compliment. Being in it's particular location, you can know it won't be packed with foolish staff or rude customers like a chain fast-food joint. You'd almost have to seek it out to know it's there and that, too, is a GOOD THING if you want tasty food at a good price anymore! The food is AWESOME and the staff are the epitome of good old fashioned salt of the Earth people's people. A real family owned and operated place. As it was my first time visiting, I kept it safe and went for a double bacon cheeseburger, soda and fries. Delicious! I also had a good feeling and grabbed a to-go patty melt that was even BETTER! To that end, my next trip will be all-out on their BBQ options. My next appointment is in 2 weeks and I wish it were sooner! “We were in Memphis last week and I wanted to come to Central. If you don't mind spending alot of money for food then I recommend it. The ribs were good but the brisket was tough, i didn't like that you had to order and then sit down and the food is brought out to you. You have to get your own drinks from the dispenser and then expected to tip. I tasted my grandson's greens which had too much vinegar. My biggest appointment was the price for one person i spent over $60 and some change for a rib plate with brisket and my sides were pork rinds and onion rings. OMG that is too much for one person. I forgot a soda was included on this ticket and i got a half order of brisket nachos for the table. I came, i ate and don't have to ever go again.“

Try it, you won't be disappointed!For those of us that like the details...Unfortunately, we didn't catch her name, but the woman running it embodies the definition of joyfulness!! It is the kind of customer service that has started to leave our culture, and it was a refreshing experience to have it back!We ate lunch here around 11:30am on a Tuesday, and everything we ate was delish! It's the kind of food that makes you want to dance! I had the brisket sandwich with the corn casserole side. The brisket was melt in your mouth tender! It did have too much fat on it for me, but others may like that. Not to mention it's easy to pull off. The corn casserole is basically cornbread with whole pieces of corn. It had flavor and was delicious!My husband had the spicy brisket sandwich with mac n cheese. The spicy brisket tastes like it gets the heat from jalapenos. Neither of us are very big on that flavor, so this was our least favorite thing we ate. We were expecting it to have spicy BBQ sauce instead. But it was spicy and the meat was cooked well! The mac n cheese was homemade and amazing!We shared a chicken leg and banana gooey cake. BUY BOTH OF THESE!!! The gooey cakes are delightful! The chicken leg was everything you would want in chicken cooked on a grill! It was fall off the bone tender, juicy, and full of flavor delishness. My husband doesn't care for dark meat that much, and we fought over it?!If we could critique 1 thing, it would be that they didn't have homemade sweet tea. All their drinks are bottled, which is understandable. But having homemade tea would push them over the top!!“
