Southside Smoke Shack was excellent beyond measure. Great service, tony is down to earth and friendly. He cares about building great relationships as well as great food. go try it, you won't be disappointed.
I was at the Mad Rooster Brewery this afternoon. It's awesome by the way. I saw a guy bringing in BBQ from outside. I heard there was a BBQ food truck there. So I was leaving and I asked the owner Tony if he had any pulled pork sandwiches. He didn't but said he had something for me to try. So he said hang on and brought out a slider sandwich that he had made from pork ribs. Let me tell you it was amazing. Tender and huge on flavor even without sauce. I will be back....read full review
