“Darla at the Freddy’s in Fayetteville was very warm and welcoming. From the min we stepped in till we left. The food was great it was our first time. Wanted to try something different from all the other fast food places. So we picked Freddy’s and it was amazing. Better food than we expected and was a total diff experience from fast food. “We stopped in as we passed through the area on our honeymoon. By that, I mean I took us 45 minutes out of the way so we could check this place out. It was well worth it! We don’t have anything like this back home in south Louisiana and it was a really neat experience. The staff (what I assume were the owners and husband/wife) were so personable and their presence had a sense of warmth. The delicious food was served quickly, fresh, and hot. There was a collection of games to play with the family and a neat collection of books to check out. Overall, I’d highly recommend! I’d love to be a fly on the wall in that place, listening to the stories of those whose photos cover the walls. Thank you for this little piece of heaven! “The staff are quick, kind, and helpful! There's a small deck and inside seating, and usually sports games are on if you care about that. The sweet potato fries are fantastic, and the brobecue is my favorite burger! Highly recommend them both or the regular fries are great too!Onion rings are ok and pretty good, but the onion is too difficult to tear and bite through. So usually, the whole onion comes out of the breading in the first bite.Parking: It's usually plenty of parking, but sometimes it does get a bit busy at primary meal times. Especially on the weekends.“

“Like I told them when I was leaving, I have found my off the beaten path place for my post V.A. appointment meals! When I say it's a hole in the wall, I hope you understand my old school meaning and take it as the compliment that it is! Even had a newer TV on top of an old TV playing Andy Griffith of all things so it really felt like a home atmosphere. Again, this is a compliment. Being in it's particular location, you can know it won't be packed with foolish staff or rude customers like a chain fast-food joint. You'd almost have to seek it out to know it's there and that, too, is a GOOD THING if you want tasty food at a good price anymore! The food is AWESOME and the staff are the epitome of good old fashioned salt of the Earth people's people. A real family owned and operated place. As it was my first time visiting, I kept it safe and went for a double bacon cheeseburger, soda and fries. Delicious! I also had a good feeling and grabbed a to-go patty melt that was even BETTER! To that end, my next trip will be all-out on their BBQ options. My next appointment is in 2 weeks and I wish it were sooner! “This was a great, kind of hidden find. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Our burgers were huge & delicious and we were so thankful she suggested we just share the huge order of fries.
