“We had brunch today at Mockingbird Kitchen. Everything was wonderful. There was no wait time and we arrived at 11:00. The place was full but we got right in. I had the eggs Benedict with a side of cheese grits. My boyfriend had the chicken and waffles with a side of cheese grits. We both agreed they were the best cheese grits we had ever eaten. Everything we ate was superb. The waiter was very attentive. We will definitely be back.“

“We were looking for a place fun to go and have a drinkon my daughter‘s 21st birthday, which is Christmas Eve and there weren’t many places open. When we walked through the door, the owner was standing there and immediately offered us a warm cookie and told us to get in here and let’s have some fun! Karaoke wasn’t supposed to start for an hour or two, but she fired it up early for us and made the evening really special! The bartender was fantastic and they really made the Perfect! Parking is a challenge. If the lot behind the restaurant is full you’ll need to find the overflow parking. As you pass the place on the side you’ll see a bunch of signs that boldly say NO FEED AND FOLLY PARKING!! When you get to the bottom of the hill turn left and you’ll find the extra parking. They do need to do some lot repairs here. It’s in pretty bad shape.“

MICHAEL went above and beyond in his customer service talents. The food is delicious but his service really made it a 5-star experience. The queso has a homemade flavor and the jalapeño relish is spot-on with the right consistency and hotness and sweet note. “The food was delicious. The staff was friendly. They let us know that they threw out all of the old salad mix that they had due to the current sickness outbreak from lettuce. They sourced lettuce from a local supplier so that they could continue to offer salads. The only complaint that I had was that they charged us $3.95 for sparkling water. Not bottled, but from the tap.“

“We came to town from Mountain Home where we own a small cafe and this was by far some of the best food we have ever had! The staff was fun and friendly and super accommodating to our little kids and the food was out very quick as well! We are in town once a month and will definitely make this a regular stop!“

“The food always wonderful here. We started off with a huge complimentary bowl of fresh crispy tortilla chips with 4 varieties of salsa ranging from sweet and mild to throat tingling spicy. I ordered the chicken flautas that came with a salad, side of beans and both sour cream and wonderful fresh guacamole. Friend got brisket taquitos that came with a salad. These were flour tortillas stuffed with beans and shredded brisket then quick fried! OMG!! freaking amazing! Niece got the #8 which arrived with a crunchy ground beef taco (with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese ) and 2 shredded beef and cheese enchiladas happily swimming in red chili enchiladas gravy. That also came with a large serving of guacamole salad. We will again be leaving with full tummies and even bigger smiles!“
