“I’ve visited Hammontree’s Grilled Cheese several times! It is my go-to place to take my friends and family that are visiting from my hometown in Indiana when we’re in NWA. My coworkers and I visited Hammontree’s at the beginning of March! My typical order is either The Beatnik or Where the Wild Things Are. On this particular day, I decided to try the Parmageddon for the first time! It was so good!! The burgundy sauce just took it to the next level. They had updated the menu since I had been there, and you can get basically all their grilled cheese with chips and pickle for $12. I actually really enjoy this update! I highly recommend the sweet potato fries or gouda bacon fries as an appetizer. The atmosphere is unlike any other! It’s fun and eclectic!! The Hammontree’s Team is always kind and professional. Thank you for what you contribute to the NWA and Arkansas food scene!Vegetarian options: The Caprese Melt, Parmageddon, The Beatnik, Where the Wild Things Are, Jack to the Future, and Brie’s Company are all vegetarian grilled cheese options. They have a few vegetarian appetizers and soups too! Any hotdog can be made a veggie dog, FOR NO CHARGE!“
“I got the farmhouse skillet hash and the cinnamon toast milk, and they couldn't have made a better first impression!! The drink was delicious, flavorful, and not overly sweet! It really tasted like a delicious cinnamon toast milk in the bottom of the bowl after you've eaten your cereal with little extra cinnamon and rum kick at the end.The farmhouse skillet hash was masterfully crafted, and I do NOT say that lightly!! I am not super picky, but I love to cook and have a good pallet. The onions were lightly fried and starting to carmelize. The potatoes were well cooked and slightly browned and crispy but not burned. I subbed goat cheese, and that was a fantastic idea. I'm so glad I made that last minute decision, and highly reccomend it!! There was some sort of homemade jam that I scooped out a small bit with each bite, and it paired amazingly with the savory aspects of the breakfast hash! This is easily, hands down, the best breakfast I've had in Fayetteville or anywhere in quite some time!! You can't go wrong here! ? my friend got the blackberry lemon curd French toast and million dollar bacon, which I snagged a bite and both were also delcious!! These chefs really really know what they're doing to create fantasticly well balanced, flavorful meals! I will definitely be back soon! ??“
“I just moved here and was recommended your restaurant. I appreciate being allowed to enjoy a slow lunch at the bar as I dislike pushy, rushed service. Your service was perfect, the BLT was excellent, and the atmosphere delightful. You will see me back often. I tend to be a repeat offender :)“
“Had lunch with my wife we both got the focaccia club sandwich with sweet potato chips! This club sanwich has so much flavor and fresh ingredients! We can’t wait to try the other menu items! Our waitress Sita and the chef were both great! Sorry about the half eaten food “
“We stopped in as we passed through the area on our honeymoon. By that, I mean I took us 45 minutes out of the way so we could check this place out. It was well worth it! We don’t have anything like this back home in south Louisiana and it was a really neat experience. The staff (what I assume were the owners and husband/wife) were so personable and their presence had a sense of warmth. The delicious food was served quickly, fresh, and hot. There was a collection of games to play with the family and a neat collection of books to check out. Overall, I’d highly recommend! I’d love to be a fly on the wall in that place, listening to the stories of those whose photos cover the walls. Thank you for this little piece of heaven! It made this Louisiana woman and her beloved sailor smile.“
“I recently posted an unflattering review of Theo's in Fayetteville AR, after a dinner with my brother and sister-in-law last October that was not up to what I expected. All three plates were over-salted and almost inedible but we didn't send it back because I was embarrassed for them and they for me, so no one said a word. Looking back, I should have had everything sent back with our explanation and I'm sorry for that. I don't often do reviews and I felt I was a bit unforgiving. So I decided to try Theo's again with a friend (who is an expert at making steaks himself) and also someone who would be brutally honest. I had the seafood risotto and he had the rib-eye. Both meals were delicious we were extremely satisfied. My risotto was rich and creamy and the seafood was perfectly cooked. My friends steak was done exactly to his wishes and he commented positively on the side dishes. Dessert was also tops. Service was excellent and the ambience was elegant yet relaxed. I regret my previous review and hope that this one rectifies my previous one!“
“Our first time eating at Catfish Hole was this past Saturday and it was a great experience. The catfish and fixins were all good, but the service was outstanding! Something that is missing from today’s world I feel. 10/10 recommend to anyone in Fayetteville!“
“Darla at the Freddy’s in Fayetteville was very warm and welcoming. From the min we stepped in till we left. The food was great it was our first time. Wanted to try something different from all the other fast food places. So we picked Freddy’s and it was amazing. Better food than we expected and was a total diff experience from fast food. Recommend anyone to try it“
“I'm not sure if I blame Village Inn or not. We did food delivery this morning. Village Inn is our go-to. The best. Their sausage is so good. We have ordered numerous times from them. Like. I could retire next year if we invested our money into anything other than the scrumptiousness of village inn on weekend. Never. Not once. Has our order been wrong. Never. Thank you! For some reason, village inn was not doing delivery this morning. We had to order from (rhymes with Eye-shop). All wrong. It was awful. Therefore, my breakfast woes is your fault Village Inn....right?......[starting to cry after my awful breakfast from international casa de wrong-order-cakes].....where were you this morning Village Inn? [sobbing now] Where were you?! . Seriously. Order from them. We love y'all village inn.“
“Longhorn is a wonderful place to go. We often use it as our special occasion outing. Tonight we were celebrating our wedding day. The service and our server were excellent, and the food was, as always, delicious and plentiful. If I had any concern, it would be that the atmosphere is prone to being too loud. I have a hard time hearing my wife over the din of the room. Perhaps there is a location in the restaurant that might be a little quieter. Any suggestions would be appreciated. We sat across from the window row and it was just too loud.“
“Brand new to Fayetteville from California and I think I stumbled into my new favorite dive bar. Nikki aka Momma and her staff made my day. The food was great. The drinks were awesome. The service was beyond excellent and the price for everything was just right. I will definitely be coming back for some food, drinks and play some pool. If you're looking for a nice spot in the neighborhood away from Dickson street this is definitely the spot to go.“
“Most delicious meal starting with seared scallops as well as meat balls for appetizers! Entrees we selected were both perfect; Salmon for me & pork chop for my hubby. Ended with two desserts! Killer chocolate cake & cheese cake. Our waiter Micheal was incredible knowledgeable about selections and offered service to match the meal!Dietary restrictions: I’m gluten free and found plenty of options.“
“A Fayetteville gem. The perfect place whether you’re looking to catch a game on one of the many TVs or celebrate a special occasion. They recently helped me pull off a surprise dinner and the food, service and experience were all excellent. Will always love this spot!“
“Look, I'm a fan of JJ's, it's always treated well and I have always looked forward to going there to hangout and drink a few beers and eat good bar food. But tonight I was mislead by a picture on the menu when I ordered the Pineapple Chicken Wrap... wow what a mistake. It was the worst decision I've ever made and I have even been arrested for DWI. I'd rather get arrested again than have to taste that shit. Have a good day.“
“I had breakfast there and it was really good. Waffles were delicious, and the scrambled eggs and bacon were good too. I was a little thrown off by there being garnish for breakfast items (I’m not used to it), but it was a really good experience overall.“
“Best thing to happen to the west side in a hot minute! Burgers are next level, meat comes from Richard's meat Mart here in Fayetteville & you can taste the difference! Prices reflect the quality ... you won't regret your visit here! Pictures is the "morning after burger" YUM“
“First time Walk-On’s diners!Today my husband and I decided to stop in for lunch and to catch a few March Madness basketball games - needless to say it was packed! BUT - our initial seating service (drinks and order) was fast (but not rushed), the food was fresh and hot, and the service during the meal was consistent and with a warm smile from the kind server the entire meal….we will definitely be back!!“
“Oh, my! The Sweet Oklahoma burger was amazing. Recently added to the menu. I added a slice of red onion to make it perfect. Our server was an amazing young man. He met us at the door, took us to a table and took great care of us. We tipped him according.“
“Promptly greeted. Our waitress was amazing! She was friendly and knowledgeable about gluten and what items had gluten. She was prompt and kept our drinks filled. The burgers were so very good. Fresh and cooked perfectly. We have gluten intolerance and the gluten free buns were very good.Restaurant was very clean and the bathrooms as well.Excellent!! Great job Red Robin! You could tell staff enjoyed their job.Dietary restrictions: Gluten“
“The meal was absolutely delicious, and we almost licked the plate clean, but it's a fancy place, so we refrained from being too extravagant. The quality of everything has always been top-notch, after every repeat trip we make their. Definitely a not-so-hidden local gem!Dietary restrictions: Has GF choices“
“Husband and I went for dinner last night. Fantastic local atmosphere, perfect grilled chicken sandwich - switched the cheese to Swiss. Husband had the hamburger steak, Mac, and potato. All of it was to die for. Service was speedy even for a busy Saturday. We will definitely going back.“
“Love the location, atmosphere and nice selection of options for a local library. Prices are good per item, though they are pretty small (except for the sandwiches) so you may want to think if it more as tapas / small plates. Sweet potato tots are great, but the chicken tenders are a little pricy and dry. Salads very inventive.“
“Good Saturday brunch with lots of options. They don't take wait-list online, it's first come first serve. If you have to kill time you can walk to several places on the same street for a coffee wait.Great food. Also did I mention they serve their drop coffee in a mug the size of a soup bowl? Wonderful.“
“This place is delicious. We did a tasting menu and everything was something we'd come back for every time! The French Onion soup was something to write home about and the service was exceptional. Very nice atmosphere. Definitely a place for a date night or dinner with the girls!“
“I'm not big on going to bars, not huge on Dickson street. I like places that are more chill with a good atmosphere for spending time with friends. Green Room is a great place to do that. They have numerous pool tables that are great for hanging out, and the bar is pretty chill. I haven't had any drinks so I can't speak to the quality of them. But the lighting and atmosphere and really chill and much more fun than the big bars on Dickson street.“
“My husband and I went for our 9th year anniversary today and I couldn't have been more happy to have that 9th year celebration here! This restaurant is magnificent! The warm customer service, our server Isaac was very much on top of our needs and made sure we were definitely taken care of from start to finish. The food is beyond excellent, and just the overall general atmosphere, and attitude was astoundingly friendly and welcoming. The owner was also present with her awesome attitude. I want to say thank you to this restaurant for the great and wonderful experience! Our first time by the way. Thank you!Dietary restrictions: I did see gluten-free options on their menu.Parking: Parking is not difficult.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant has crayons and a kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: I did see a ramp and accessible entry way including in the clean restroom.“
“Have held off going here for the better part of a year, after regularly being disappointed by recommendations I didn't want to be disappointed by the one place everybody said was their favorite. Glad I finally went. The food had a certain refinement and attention to detail that a lot of places lack around here. There weren't any oddball flavor combinations that didn't make sense. Not everything was perfect, but nothing was disappointing.Cocktails were solid and wine selection was good.Foie gras custard was the best part for me. Didn't need the rhubarb jam stuff...it was really good, but even a little over powered the foie gras.Scallops were cooked perfectly, the vegetable medley maybe wasn't necessary. That many different things didn't really add up to that much, but still good.Pea ravioli was good, the sauce wasn't as heavy as I expected. And the short rib was good too, but the appetizers stood out more than the entree, which I feel is the case with most restaurants anyway.Dessert was the one area that was a little lacking. Still good but not up to the level of the rest of the food.Probably wouldn't recommend it if you are a vegetarian.“
