Service was fast, and friendly. Every employee we encountered on the way out thanked us for coming in. By FAR the best customer service I’ve encountered in a restaurant in years. And the food was great as well! All of the servers kept our glasses and fixin’s full. We thanked our waitress and told her what a good job she did. She told us thank you and that she’s still in training! They are doing something right here! Love love love
The most bland catfish and fries I have ever had in my life. Literally no salt or seasoning. We couldn’t even eat it. It all went in the trash. Also, my husband asked for ketchup when we picked up our order and the older lady complained about having to walk to the back to get it. This is after we spent almost $50 on food to go. Terrible customer service. Cannot believe how heavily marketed this place is. Will not be back!
