I got a combo last week and asked for two extra sauces, found out I didn't get only after I got home. They were busy; I should have checked before leaving. Today, they weren't as busy, but still forgot the two extra sauces, which was fine because I checked after leaving the window. I went in and was quickly recognized by the lady at the second window. When paying over $13 for a burger, fries, and a drink, I do expect a little more than meat, bread, and some cheese slapped together and thrown in a bag. First It would be nice if I received the order I paid for. Second, it would be nice to receive my food warm, especially at these prices. Finally, a simple thank you, have a nice day, or just thanks for coming in. Oh yeah, try and look at the customers whenever they visit your restaurant. Really wanted a fresh salad while I had been out running errands and it had been almost 2 years since I had had one of Wendy's, so I hit the drive thru for their Cobb salad.
