We ordered gravy and it was like WARM MILK. We had the food delivered, so I thought maybe it was a fluke...so I called. The nice woman on the phone told me it was bc they changed the distributor for the gravy and they were trying to figure out how to fix it. She admitted they knew it was like that, and she did very nicely apologize. My only thing is....if you KNEW why are you serving it? Hope they figure it out tho.
