I really wanted to like this place. I read all the negative reviews but I wanted to see for myself. The service was top notch the food was horrible! I got the wet brisket and it had a rotten meat taste with no smoke flavor. my wife got a pulled pork sandwich and it tasted and smelled like mamwich.They're also way overpriced. it cost me $45 for a pound of brisket and a pulled pork sandwich no sides or drinks. I will never go back.
The meat has no smoke flavor what so ever!! I tried the brisket, no flavor. I tried pulled pork sandwich and let me tell ya, it tasted like it was cooked in a crockpot with a can of manwhich dumped on it!!! And the cost….ridiculous!!! A sloppy Joe should not cost that much!!! Will NOT be back for the food !!!!
Great food, good service, and convenient location!! Thankful to have it as an option! Everyone in my family got something different, all of which was great! The brisket baked potato is life-changing!
