We eat at Serranos at least 3-4 times a month. We LOVE the salsa! We always have great service and the food is excellent.
As we were leaving, the bartender shockingly called us "pendejos" after the 3 of us had a margarita, then ordered 2 tequila shots (to add to the super sweet margaritas). Food was not ordered. We tipped 20% on our over $80 bill, as we normally would.
We are not from Arkansas, only here for work, but hope this is not the normal welcome to Fayetteville.

We frequent Serranos pretty regularly and love the food, service and prices. I noticed on my debit card transactions I got charged for total amount with tip and then another transaction for the tip. No biggie, 8.00 isn’t that much, but it was the point I was charged incorrectly.
I went into Serranos the next day with receipt (which I usually never keep) and explained what happened to the manager and I was prepared to show him my bank transactions, but he didn’t question...read full review
