We had the most delicious meal last night and the service was excellent! This is an Austin, Tx. based restaurant and we are glad they are here in Fayetteville. The food is authentic Mexican with lots of choices. I had the Serranos Special with marinated chicken and steak with Sauteed vegetables and it was so flavorful. We eat at Serranos at least 3-4 times a month. We LOVE the salsa! We always have great service and the food is excellent.
We frequent Serranos pretty regularly and love the food, service and prices. I noticed on my debit card transactions I got charged for total amount with tip and then another transaction for the tip. No biggie, 8.00 isn’t that much, but it was the point I was charged incorrectly.
I went into Serranos the next day with receipt (which I usually never keep) and explained what happened to the manager and I was prepared to show him my bank transactions, but he didn’t question...read full review
