Southern Restaurants in Joplin

“We eat dinner at crackerville, quite often. And we also order to go orders, it's always been great service. Great food. Usually no complaints, but our last visit 3/23/2026, ,there was a lady, I assume the manager in the dining area. This is at Joplin, Missouri, and she seemed to be barking out orders, no smile, not very courteous to servers, very abrupt to staff at checkout, speaking with a tone of irritation. She could use some retraining. I had not observed this at any other visit. The Cracker Barrel crew are usually welcoming, friendly and accommodating.“

“Huge portions and great home-cooked style meals. Our waitress was super attentive. Food came out very fast and was tasty. I like you can reorder at table as well as pay your check. My daughter and me had the Fried chicken tender salad and split the spinach dip appetizer. Great value good food“
