Tori went above and beyond to help me as a first-time customer. She explained everything about the food menu and how everything worked. We stopped in for lunch at Slim Chickens here in Rogers and were blown away from the moment we walked in. The service at the point of sale was welcoming and quick, and it only got better from there.

We tried the tenders, a club sandwich meal, and split the Buffalo Tender Mac Bowl — all fresh, hot, and full of flavor. That Mac Bowl is a must try if you’re looking for comfort with a kick!

I want to give a special shout-out to Phillip and the manager who was walking the floor and checking on tables. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made the experience stand out. It’s rare these days to see a team who takes pride in every part of the meal—from the kitchen to the table.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and every staff member we interacted with showed great professionalism and kindness. It’s clear this location takes pride in what they do.

“Due to a misunderstanding at the window, received my food not quite right. The gentleman who took my order asked clarifying questions after handing me the food where we discovered the incorrect items. He immidiately took action and provided a workable solution to the problem and we both took 30 seconds apologizing to each other for the misunderstanding. Not for the fact that they fixed the order but more for the kindness, attention, and effort the gentleman put into solving the situation, I will be returning to this location“
