“The Slim Chickens off of Sunset and 412 between Deja and then the late night drive-through girl you guys have a really good team going on and I just want to say I come in at least every other day and it’s a pleasure to be treated with dignity, comedy and respect And the food is great and I just wanted to give a shout out to those people and all the rest of the workers there that make the food and everything my favorite restaurant in the whole wide world. I just wish you had some up in Wisconsin. ……. Otherwise, I go all summer without my slims, and I am addicted! Shout out to you. “This is a cool spot for family groups. Their chicken was tasty and the couple of side options meant the whole family left satisfied. My brother in law is dairy free and was able to have the fried chicken which was unexpected. Our server was very nice and we never were waiting for more food refills. We felt like it was reasonably priced and it was easy to make a reservation the week of.“
“A few weeks ago I would have given a very poor rating to this location due to the experience we had last time we went. We have been going to this Slim Chickens for many years and have always loved their food. It is has always been consistently good, with kind staff and a quiet and calming atmosphere. After the experience we had with the staff that day and after we finished eating I filled out the online survey that their staff uses to improve upon their location and I left my contact info in case a member of their management wanted to reach out for more information. I got a call from their manager on duty that night and I explained the situation in full (the online survey only lets you use so many letters), and she was completely understanding and baffled by what happened. She immediately took corrective action to keep the situation from reoccurring as well as offered compensation to make up for the situation. I didn't rate them immediately several weeks ago because we wanted to see what would come of the survey and I have to say, we were impressed and appreciative of the professionalism and conflict resolution the management has at this location. I truly believe the situation was 1 in a million and we have every intention of visiting this Slims for years to come.“
“If you have not tried the Red Door yet, do yourselves a favor. GO! Try a double cheeseburger. Try a brisket platter. Go for the pulled pork mac n cheese Not all that hungry? Pulled pork fries are the way to go. Get a full order or a half. Of course we have salads too. And daily specials! Then after eating all that, we have three flavors of fried pies for dessert. Chocolate, cherry, and apple. All served with ice cream. Really….you can’t beat the food. It’s good. And service, well, you get top notch service here at the Red Door. Customers are our number one priority. Come on in and make some new friends!“
