Thursday, 3/16/23, about 3 p.m. or so, my husband and I stopped to get a pretzel. The girl working was at the back side of the booth washing a tray. She never acknowledged our presence, although she made direct eye contact with me at least twice. When she was done washing that tray, she picked up another one and continued washing. Had the Turkey roll-up today and it was DELICIOUS! It was baked all the way through, dough was nice and crisp on the top without being burned. The cheese was nicely melted. The customer service was great. Highly recommend. Most pretzels are made to order so be patient. The owner/manager does a great job training her employees.
