I am excited to eat at Big Ben’s almost every time I work in the area!!! I wish you guys would open one in Ozark, MO. I have never had a bad experience!!
Placed order for 5 orders our food was burnt so bad difficult to try to get a bite I called to report it to the restaurant and was told no refund I paid over $100 on this
Stopped in on a Saturday around 4PM. Ordered 3 meals. When we got our food everything was cold /lukewarm. Mac and cheese, green beans, pulled pork, burnt ends. Noting was hot. No flavor to the green beans or Mac and Cheese.
