Carthage, Missouri Arby's Everyone we encountered there was so very kind. From the local resident who opened the door for us and gave us coupons for dinner, to the lady behind the counter who recognized my husband as a veteran, to the law enforcement officer who also thanked us for his service. Super clean facilities added to this all-round pleasant visit. Thank you!
