I called and finally complained today because half the time when I go through drive-thru my burger is not as I ordered it. Staff are friendly and kind but the manager needs to take responsibility and get this straightened out as well as the flow of traffic through the inside of the store. I avoid ordering anything with lettuce on it as it is often soured
