Kind employees and store is open longer than usual. Much appreciated for people who come around the travel centers late.
When we got our food they didn’t give us the sauce ordered with the kids meal. when my fiancée went to the counter to ask for it young kid working register with glasses accused us of already getting honey mustard, bbq, and sweet and spicy. None of those were even on our order, tried to charge us .55 cents for something already purchased. Would’ve been fine if we werent called liars. Surely he was thinking of somebody else. *I really love Wendy’s, but sometimes an employee can overshadow the whole experience.*
I’ve had a couple of incidents in the drive-thru with one employee who was consistently rude. He’s a guy with blond hair — I’m sure you know who I mean. On multiple occasions he’s tossed my change in my hand through the window, rolled his eyes, and shoved my food into my hand.
