Tonight just before 7 p.m. I went through the drive through and the girls helping were very polite and helpful I dont usually comment on ordinary service so this was what I consider extraordinary. Charity took my order and was very professional and polite and always smiling and I just thought it was worth commenting about. She seems to be great at her job.
I was a little disappointed with the quality of the drinks and shakes. I understand their machine wasn’t working properly but in all honesty I would rather it be inoperable for a little while to later enjoy better quality ice cream. Matthew was absolutely amazing and very helpful when I came to him with my concerns and even offered to remake them. I’ll definitely be back, hopefully in time for things to be running properly again.
