“Beep... beep.. beep. Where are the employees?? Machines beeping, employees in the back but you won't see any in the front. Not one employees came to check on people. My food was wrong. It was fixed. Our food came in a timely manner. It was warm and tasted as usual. Lobby was on the cleanly side. However, I have small children and the outlet is not covered yall. So just be safe while your dining.“

Charity took my order and was very professional and polite and always smiling and I just thought it was worth commenting about. She seems to be great at her job.“

“The girls in here tonight were absolutely amazing! There was a lady who came in here who was being absolutely horrid to the girls because they put mayo on her sandwich (which she asked for in her app order). The girls handled it so well. There was nothing wrong with the sandwich, she just wanted a new one. The girls were so kind a patient. My order was perfect and I will definitely be coming back! I think one of the girls name is Jayden. They were just awesome!“

“I don't know the lady's name at the first drive-thru window on weekday mornings but she is great at her job! She's fast and efficient and super sweet every time! I have never had an issue with my order either.“

I’ve had a couple of incidents in the drive-thru with one employee who was consistently rude. He’s a guy with blond hair — I’m sure you know who I mean. On multiple occasions he’s tossed my change in my hand through the window, rolled his eyes, and shoved my food into my hand.

I haven’t done anything to provoke this behavior. Honestly, my food has always come out fine, so I have no reason to be upset about the order itself. It’s just the way I’ve been treated in the drive-thru that’s made me uncomfortable coming back.“

“Johnny took our order and served our breakfast this morning and he had fantastic customer service! We really appreciated his warm, energetic personality and hope he gets some recognition from his managers at Sonic for giving customers such a pleasant experience.“

“First the travel center was clean with large parking lot with spotless restrooms and every polite associates in both areas. We did an online order and for the first time in years, our subs were 100 percent correct as ordered. A young girl and guy were there. Sorry I did not get names, but because of them we had about the freshest and best sub from subway ever!“
