“Shout out to Lauren at the drive through window for her friendly face and attention to detail! She noticed the stickiness and thoroughly cleaned the exterior of the cup containing my shake, without being asked. While this may seem like small things to many, a smile, accompanied by a job well done, is becoming harder to come by every single day. Sticky cups are a pet peeve of mine also. Thank you, Lauren! Give that girl a raise!!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“Brandi is the GM I believe, she absolutely deserves that title if not one with more responsibility. We had a small mistake in our order and she immediately made it right, but what she didnt know was that I spent the last of what little money I had until payday in order to get food for 2 autistic kids that hardly touch anything except certain things from certain places. In a time like this that really mattered to us. TEN STARS BRANDI!!!“

“My wife and I ate lunch here with my Mother-in-Law. We split a foot long B.M.T. Sub toasted. We also each had two cookies and drinks. The food was very good. The service was excellent. This location has six tables with four chairs each along with four booths that each seat four customers.“

“I ordered online while we were going through wonder works. The pizza was right on time for us.
Didn't like Papa John's a few years back but this pizza was actually pretty good.
We got a two medium Pizza Plus garlic knots in a 2 l of Pepsi for under 30 bucks which is a great value.“

“If you’re in Branson and craving a classic meal, the A&W is a fantastic choice. I was initially intimidated by the long line, but the service was incredibly quick and efficient—the staff clearly knows how to handle a crowd.
The food was fresh and delicious, exactly what you want from an A&W. What truly made the visit special, however, was the older gentleman at the counter. He was exceptionally polite and welcoming, adding a touch of genuine hospitality to our day. Great food, fast service, and a wonderful staff make this a highly recommended stop!
Tip -- get your food to go. The seating in the establishment is fine, just a little busy and loud.“

“We were in a pickle to find a place that was open to grab some food without blowing our budget. Taco Bell came to the rescue. So grateful, we were out after a conference and were famished. Placed one of their online special deals through the app and we had dinner for a reasonable price!!! 🎉🎊☺️“

“It's a McDonald's, so we weren't expecting much, obviously. But the service here is amazing both times we visited! Extremely polite and helpful even when busy. In fact, they were still super polite and nice when we knew they were stressed from a fellow employee being a no call, no show 1st thing in the morning. (Which we only knew because the person who got there like 2 minutes ahead of us knew one of the workers and we overheard.) No complaining, no excuses, just great service! Kudos!“
