“The young guy working Friday 5/15 in the evening was excellent. Very friendly and courteous the entire time he interacted with us. Made the sandwiches exactly like we wanted and they tasted great. Some of the veggies were close to empty and the lettuce was browning (I know it comes bagged brown sometimes so not a big deal) and one of the tables was dirty for an empty restaurant. Would go back 100 times again based on the service alone. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name.“

“yo this chick at the window with the grey hair and the glasses is actually the best taco bell employee i’ve seen in my days of feasting at the bell, i would rate higher if i could. She definitely deserves a raise and a promotion at MINIMUM.

“Friendly staff. Brand spanking new store so it's really nice inside . It's a more modern design and built to encourage people to order on self service kiosks, that's kind of weird but easy and painless. You can customize pretty much any sandwich or menu item , also the sprite berry blast was super delicious. I also met a gentleman that worked there , by the name of Mike ( or Michael) he was leaving as his shift was done for the day. He took off his uniform and was getting ready to leave. As I was eating , he turned and politely asked how I was doing and if everything tasted alright. And Yes everything was great. However I wanted to throw out a shout out to Michael as he was very nice and even after clocking out and before leaving to catch his bus, he took the time to ask me about my day and my order. Very good person you guys have there. I didn't get any of the girls names but they were also very nice and polite but I wanted to shout-out Michael. Thanks Mike.“

“Shout out to Lauren at the drive through window for her friendly face and attention to detail! She noticed the stickiness and thoroughly cleaned the exterior of the cup containing my shake, without being asked. While this may seem like small things to many, a smile, accompanied by a job well done, is becoming harder to come by every single day. Sticky cups are a pet peeve of mine also. Thank you, Lauren! Give that girl a raise!!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“
