I have NEVER had an issue at this particular location until last night, I decided to sign up for the Taco Bell rewards app and placed my order on the app. The app stated my order was being prepared, so my family went inside to wait for our food. We sat for probably close to 25 minutes until finally a worker asked if we had been helped. Come to find out our order was given out to the wrong customer and they had to remake all of our food. We’ve been going to Taco Bell for years, and this was the best service we’ve ever gotten. The young man working the drive thru was incredibly kind. I forgot to add my sons fiesta potatoes and drink and he so kindly added it to my order when we got to the window. It may not sound like much, but he just had the most wonderful customer service attitude. So much so that I wanted to publicly thank him.

This is the best Taco Bell I have ever had! The food was actually delicious and the presentation was too... seriously the taco looked like the advertisement, that never happens but it did here! Kind of different to order your own food from the electronic order screen, but I guess you can't complain about service this way, it was easy and over all pretty quick to do. Great job to the management of this location, you have an exceptional team working for you here, take care of them!
