My husband went in and got 4 drinks and he unfortunately spilled all of them and was very disappointed. I didn’t get her name, but I called and asked if we could possibly get them replaced and before I could finish asking, she offered to remake them and was so nice and understanding. This Starbucks is awesome 😎
The absolute sweetest baristas at this Starbucks and the best mocha frappe I’ve had. What a wonderful early morning stop!
Great experience at this location! The manager was just as excited about the Iced Cherry Chai as we were. She convinced me (tho it didn’t take much convincing, haha) to try a cherry lemonade and it was amazing! WHY have I not thought of this before?? This is a location where the associates truly love what they do. If you’re looking for a wonderful experience, don’t hesitate to stop by here!!

Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. One visit was a totally different vibe with a rude and sassy manager. However, another experience was great, with a manager excited about the Iced Cherry Chai and a cherry lemonade that was amazing. The associates truly love what they do. The drinks are made perfectly, and the staff are friendly and helpful. One customer left a debit card in the card reader, and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty by calling to return it.
