About Baskin Robbins

Baskin-Robbins offers a variety of flavors, but some locations might have limited choices. Customers have experienced issues with broken equipment like blenders. Despite challenges, the staff is hardworking and accommodating. A particular employee stood out for providing excellent service, even during busy times. The ice cream quality remains top-notch, attracting visitors, like families from different places, who visit multiple times during their vacations. Recent reviews mention that some customers had trouble with service, such as not being greeted and confusion over available flavors. One customer had a messy experience with a cone that leaked and fell apart. Others enjoyed the wide selection, including ice cream cakes, doughnuts, and even breakfast options. Visitors also appreciated fun moments, like staff giving stickers and crowns, and found the purple dark ice cream and Cotton candy ice cream to be delicious treats.
