I wrote a 1 star review a couple years ago. Since then the entire staff has changed and I've noticed a huge improvement in the quality of customer service. The staff here truly care about improving the reputation of what dunkin used to be.
I confused the spiced cookie and the cookie butter syrups. Not knowing the cookie butter was a cold brew, and almond milk was one dollar. The regular coffee is 2.89 the cold brew is 4.98. Not at all what I asked for. Instead of clarifying my confusion, he just told me “the Taxes are high we have to pay for them too”. They also didn’t even have decaf coffee.
