This is the best Taco Bell I have ever had! The food was actually delicious and the presentation was too... seriously the taco looked like the advertisement, that never happens but it did here! Kind of different to order your own food from the electronic order screen, but I guess you can't complain about service this way, it was easy and over all pretty quick to do. Great job to the management of this location, you have an exceptional team working for you here, take care of them!
I have NEVER had an issue at this particular location until last night, I decided to sign up for the Taco Bell rewards app and placed my order on the app. The app stated my order was being prepared, so my family went inside to wait for our food. We sat for probably close to 25 minutes until finally a worker asked if we had been helped. Come to find out our order was given out to the wrong customer and they had to remake all of our food. We did receive complimentary drinks that we didn’t order for the inconvenience. After we finally received our order my daughter’s food was missing. They had to make those, and then seen my boyfriend’s burrito had no steak even though we did order steak and paid extra for it. I’m going to assume it was the shift working since we never go there at that particular time of day, but I believe multiple mistakes for one order is inexcusable.

The food was good but we went through the drive thru. Tacos were cold and a little soggy but I under stand being short handed and wanting to have stuff made ahead of time.
