Shout out to Lauren at the drive through window for her friendly face and attention to detail! She noticed the stickiness and thoroughly cleaned the exterior of the cup containing my shake, without being asked.
While this may seem like small things to many, a smile, accompanied by a job well done, is becoming harder to come by every single day. Sticky cups are a pet peeve of mine also.
