They do family style meals, so you order your main and aides, but they keep coming around the whole time with different country sides "pass arounds. like fried okra, macaroni and tomato, and black eyed peas. Want more hot, fresh yeast roles? Just throw up your hand! They're always busy, and they don't take reservations, but the place is HUGE and the line goes fast.“
“If you don't already know, all Braum's stores are located within 300 miles of their farm. This means fresher everything! Their milk is fabulous! And if you haven't shopped their market, check it out! I am able to do a lot of my grocery shopping there and they are almost always less expensive than larger supermarkets. “Ivy did a great job taking care of us! We had a table of 7. We did have to wait a while to be seated but we got out good quickly after that. Everyone enjoyed our meals. I had the catfish place with mashed potatoes and gravy and a side salad. Tasty!“
“I hadn't ever visited a Culver's prior to today. I had heard of them as I've seen many locations, but I wasn't aware of the concept until today. The staff was almost friendlier than Chick-fil-A, if you can believe it. I wasn't expecting so many employees to respond whenever I asked for an order suggestion. The feedback I received shocked me at 1st, but I decided on the mushroom and Swiss basket with onion rings. I'm glad I didn't notice until we were leaving that there is a blackberry dessert or I might've ordered multiple and not even ordered a meal. We were actually told g'bye while leaving in addition to being greeted when we entered. It definitely is a unique experience that I can't wait to share with my kids one day for us to make multiple return trips.“
“We go here all the time for dinner dates, happy hour, and recently we’re blown away by the quality of their lunch. The food is always excellent and the service is great. We also like to call and order pizza to pickup and take home for our whole family. Definitely order the crab dip!The only thing to consider is that the environment has a bit of a smell from the cigar lounge next door. It doesn’t bother us, but if you are sensitive, go on a day that you can sit outside. It won’t bother you a bit outside.“
“All of our food was close to cold as if it sat there for a little while then maybe microwaved cuz the plate was hot food wasn't. IT was still good food tho. We beat the church rush so I don't know what the miss was. Service and atmosphere was nice. Will always stop by when in the area.“
“Stephanie was a wonderful and knowledgeable server! The food was all excellent and well made. We're chefs by trade and know when a restaurant has actual good food and this place has it. The ambiance was unmatched, especially for a place being in Ozark (you'd be hard-pressed to find a better-looking restaurant in Springfield). We'll be back for sure.“
“The service here is always great, and I love the interior! Plus you get a fantastic view of the river from almost anywhere you sit if it's not crowded. Everything we've eaten there has been fantastic! Except for those ravioli...it's not bad, just strange and the portion is a bit small in my opinion. Steer clear of that and you'll be pleased!“
“I absolutely love coming here to eat! I just ate there last night and my server Hope was by far the best there ever was. From greeting me almost immediately to greatly timed check ins and fast with the check there isn’t a thing I wouldn’t change! She was so nice and never seemed once bothered by me being there! With this experience added to my last server Mya being exactly the same I don’t think I’ll ever dine at a different big whiskeys! Whoever is in charge of these women’s pay needs to give them a raise! 10 out of 5 stars!“
“I was eating lunch with 6 other friends. We enjoyed everything. I had a spin on a Reuben, in that pulled pork was used. It was good, and the fries were nicely seasoned. I was full half way through, so I skipped dessert. I did sample the green tomato cake and it was delicious. Our waitress was very nice and provided us with good service. Ambience of the Finley river lovely. If I had to find a negative, guess I would say maybe the food could have been brought out a little faster. We weren't in any hurry, so all was good.“
