“This was my first time staying at The Keeter Center. It rivals top rated hotels (Omni, W, etc) in accommodations, amenities and service. Their turn-down service complete with homemade cookies, fresh milk, and apples with delicious spreads , was first class. The suite was spacious, well appointed, and cozy comfortable. The onsite restaurant and creamery were rated in the top 3 in the Branson area. What made this place superior to most places I have stayed was their employees. They were genuinely nice, pleasant, customer-focused, and professional. I will certainly stay here again when I venture to the Ozarks.“

“We stopped here after a long day at Silver Dollar City during our first trip to Branson a few weeks ago. It had been a long day and we'd already been met with really un-happy staff at another restaurant since they had started closing down for the day (even though it was an hour before their posted close time). We were a little worried to try again since they were also closing in about an hour, but the staff here welcomed us with friendly smiles and assured us they were happy to have us there.Our server, Colby, waited on our table of newbies (that included lots of kids!) with helpfulness and patience answering all of our questions and giving great suggestions. Truly one of the best servers I've ever had.We tried a wide variety of food - dinner entrees, sandwiches, appetizers, breakfast dishes - and everything was delicious and the huge portions left us with a lot of leftovers. “What an amazing spot! The hotel we're staying at recommended it, and wow, did it come through!! We had the crab dip appetizer, the Cajun captions boil pot, and a key lime pie for dessert. Absolutely everything was delicious! We had a couple beers and a banana rum drink that was really yummy. It's a clean restaurant with a laid back atmosphere. The service we received from Ivan was impeccable, very friendly and attentive. We were there after close, the only ones left in the restaurant, and had the opportunity to meet and talk with the owner, Curt. They were nothing but kind, hospitable, and sociable. But then the "manager" and 70 something year old lady came to serve us our food and it was wrong, which is totally fixable, it wasn't that big of a deal and then she began arguing with me. I really thought about slapping her. She needed it. If it wasn't for her, I would have given 5 stars. Then I heard her arguing with another group of people because one person in the party had a food allergy which apparently made her mad. I'm not sure why she is the manager. She's causing this place to lose money. Again, our food and waitress was great.“

“In today's time it's hard to give a steak place 5 stars especially with the cuts of meats we are getting these days. Everything is over processed and not very good quality. Well for a franchise restaurant this place is definitely different. The steak was so full of flavor and perfectly seasoned. I'm the kind of guy that does not use steak sauce unless the state ain't that great and I use the steak sauce to pretty much let the people know that their steak ain't the greatest, well this place it was 100% on point. The steak was seasoned PERFECT. so much falvor. I can't express enough how good it was. We only live about 2 1/2 hours away and go to branson alot. Our favorite place WAS outback, but this steak here blows there's away. Only thing i wanna say that sucks is they don't have oysters on a half shell but what ever, i can go to outback for those. Great place you won't regret it. Do be prepared to wait though.“

We wanted to try the jerk chicken wings! She even put them in to cook for alittle longer for us so the seasonings settle in. It was very thick and I dipped my chicken in it to finally realize it was potato soup! The green beans were tasty. I wished I'd checked the menu before we came because I can't eat pork. Easily one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure of being served. My wife, who is a head chef by trade, also said the same. She is extremely friendly, and very attentive and helpful. I think being that this restaurant is one of the places within the Big Cedar property, having a server like her is invaluable. I hope they will do whatever it takes to retain talent such as herself.Next, the food. I had the Chipotle queso and chips as well as the cup of chili. Both were amazing. Some of the best queso I have ever had. The chili is also one of the top 3 best I've ever had in a restaurant. My wife had the Bison burger and she said it was very good. And, they cooked it to medium rare, just like she ordered. Most places you tell them medium rare and oray it comes out medium at most but they nailed it here. I did ask for a side of Salsa and I recommend avoiding that. It tasted off, not sure if tomatoes had gone bad or what.Overall, excellent food and service. You won't be disappointed coming here even if driving out of the way to get here.“

“For years it seemed like this Steak n Shake location gradually got worse each time we went to it. It was never clean, it didn’t smell good, and it was slow. We reluctantly tried it tonight because there weren’t many people there and we hoped we might have quicker service. Upon entering, it smelled good, the place was very clean, and we quickly noticed it was well-staffed. We placed our order within minutes of sitting down, and our food came out about 10 minutes after we ordered. It was excellent! The service and food were great. “This was our second stop at the Keeter center. On our way back to Fayetteville we stopped for some coffee, bakery items and ice cream! The gluten free blueberry muffin was good and paired perfectly with my latte. The little ice cream shop was open as well so the rest of the crew ordered a small cup for the drive home. Next time we will get the waffle cone!! The only suggestion I can possibly give is..... PLEASE.... Make a gluten free waffle cone!! Simply getting a separate waffle cone iron and having gluten free batter would make this celiac gals dreams come true! And we would probably drive from Fayetteville monthly for date nights“
