“My parents took me here for a nice meal, I got the mahi mahi on special. The portion of the fish was sizable and yummy… I do think they could give a bit bigger portion on sides however…. Each side was only 3 bites. Over all a nice place and probably one of the nicer dining establishments in the area. Would go back :)“
“The food was amazing, and the service was excellent! The restaurant was completely empty from the time our family arrived and left, and we all are wondering why. Everyone ordered a variety of things, and no one had any complaints about it! Everything from the main dishes to the sides were spectacular, and all 10 of us in our group highly recommend!!“
“This place is awesome. We always felt like we were in a grandma's kitchen and the goal is for her to stuff us full of a good hearty breakfast. The staff is friendly and hardworking. The food is delicious with huge portions. Get there early! It fills up quick! Only open till early afternoon hours.“
“What an awesome experience! Super cool place with great live music and excellent food. The atmosphere is super cool, with live entertainment. The band is genuinely great! The food was well done. Once the waitresses bring your food, it’s hard to get anything else such as condiments etc. Drink station is nearby so refills are easily accessible for self service. The Anaheim burger was delicious, the guac was fresh. Highly satisfied and highly recommend. Huge portions. Restaurant is located inside a craft mall, which hosts different booths with different vendors crafts. Similar to antique/ flea market concept, just upscale and more homemade crafts with personalized touches. For 3 adults, with fountain drinks, and an appetizer it was $80. Very reasonably priced for the quality of food and atmosphere. On Saturday the show did end relatively early at 7:00pm. Don’t come too late or you’ll miss the fun!Kid-friendliness: Great environment for kids. It’s loud.“
“We stopped here after a long day at Silver Dollar City during our first trip to Branson a few weeks ago. It had been a long day and we'd already been met with really un-happy staff at another restaurant since they had started closing down for the day (even though it was an hour before their posted close time). We were a little worried to try again since they were also closing in about an hour, but the staff here welcomed us with friendly smiles and assured us they were happy to have us there. Our server, Colby, waited on our table of newbies (that included lots of kids!) with helpfulness and patience answering all of our questions and giving great suggestions. Truly one of the best servers I've ever had.We tried a wide variety of food - dinner entrees, sandwiches, appetizers, breakfast dishes - and everything was delicious and the huge portions left us with a lot of leftovers. We'll definitely be returning on our next trip to Branson!Kid-friendliness: We had a large party with 5 kids and the staff and environment was really kid-friendly. They have a great kids menu and we really loved the oversized booths that fit our whole group.“
“This place is awesome! The owner and her staff are top notch! They are so friendly and call everyone by their name. Makes it feel like a home town bar in a tourist town. Also, I have a service dog, and the respect showed me and my dog was unbelievable. Also need to give a shout out to Logan, Angel and Danna! Lastly, for the people that have said the prices are high, go drink at the Landing!“
“Best local diner, staff is great, always treats you like family. Cooks are great, they make sure your food is perfect everytime. Jeff, well he's just a all around good guy, lil off his rocker, but he's got a great staff, he can turn your meal into a meal and a show for the discounted price. All around is a great place to eat, with great family atmosphere. Keep up the great work y'all. The Texas stacker is the best.“
“Fun place to go if you are looking for a ride from the Springfield Missouri area. The ice cream was good but portions not so great. It was a hot day and in inside dining room was closed. I am not sure if it was temporary or longer. The place is a bit rundown but fun, like going back in time. There is also a motel behind Pop's. Reminded me of "Bates Motel" I am happy I was at Pop's in the day ?. We will go back before the summer is over and give it a second try. Enjoy the experience!“
“This is a clean, hoppin' spot on the way back from Dogwood that we stopped at when we were starving. Old timey atmosphere with a laid-back service crew that we really enjoyed. There were kids smiling and having fun, people cooking and talking, it was this that made us enjoy this place. The Phillie was perfect, great sweet potato fries, the chicken wrap and the pizza were good. Forgive me if I'm wrong, the burger I wouldn't get again, though. Slightly higher priced than I would want for a quick stop, but we would make it a habit to stop if we lived in the area.“
“Enjoyed our stop here. Did a tasting which was 4 wines of our choice and one of theirs. We found a couple wines we liked and purchased them. The place was nicely decorated, staff was friendly, just wish we could have got a little more info about the wine when tasting.“
“The coffee and pastries are great here. Everytime I come in the service here is great and it is a comforting place for hang out. You can actually eat outside on the side of the facility or walk in the back of the inside facility and have privacy as well. The coffee I have purchased so far has been affordable, effective and has a great taste I offen purchase the cold brew with the an espresso shot. I highly suggest this K's coffee especially if you are new in town.“
“Was recommended to visit the farm, and I’m glad I stopped by! The blueberries aren’t in season right now, but that just meant we got the place all to ourselves. Walked around the farm and got a relaxing lap in. Blueberry muffin was amazing!“
“Seems they have changed the menu again; a few times these last few years. Miss some of the original items like bacon grilled cheese and hammocks with beans & cornbread. Grilled bbq chix with grits, okra, and sweet potato was perfect portion for 2 to split. Baked sweet was really tasty.“
“We had the opportunity to celebrate Valentine's Day here with some good friends. After hearing about how wonderful the food was, we were excited to give it a spin ourselves, and what a treat it was. The pre fixe menu was incredible--I picked the filet with a yummy peppercorn sauce. We had one person in our party who has several dietary allergies, and our server was so professional and attentive with her needs! It was very appreciated. The wine pairings were incredible-and the setting, of course, was magical with the sun setting outside the window as we arrived. I can't wait to return!“
“We happen to come upon this nostalgic “filling station” and we got full. It was amazing, food to atmosphere ! They had lots of menu options but we had catfish and shrimp some of the best catfish I have ever eaten!Salads so fresh and great sweet tea.Service was excellentI would highly recommended great food!“
“The food excellent, exceeded our expectations. The service was friendly and met all of our requests. We enjoyed the rustic atmosphere and will come back!!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in from parking, table access!Food; included Grilled Chicken Salad.“
“Perfect sized diner. Food was great. Waitress was funny and bantered back and forth. Definitely would stop again. Chicken fried steak is delicious as well as the biscuits and gravy.Kid-friendliness: Kins loved the food and enjoyed the friendly banter with the waitress.“
“We went for breakfast and it was a nice meal. They have basic breakfast options that don’t break the bank. There’s also a nice view too. We really loved the staff. They checked on us regularly and were very friendly. Definitely worth going to if you want a basic breakfast with a view near Branson. Make sure to go to the entrance further away from Branson since the closer one will not let you in.Vegetarian options: Lots of a la cart optionsParking: Lots of spotsWheelchair accessibility: There’s an elevator to the bottom floor where the restaurant is“
“Through a quick online search, we found two similar restaurants near our hotel & both had similar high reviews. We broke the tie by choosing Donnie’s since their prices — for the same menu items — were significantly less than the other place’s.WOW, we had a great experience!! The staff were all upbeat & attentive and our food was perfectly prepared & served. It appeared that the rest of the customers were locals, which is a great indicator of a hometown favorite! Hope you’ll give them a try & enjoy everything as much as our party of five did.Vegetarian options: Substantial vegetarian options on the breakfast menu, without even having to say “hold the meat.”“
“Amazing real and authentic! Here for 10 days and today on our 3rd day tried Desia's food, it was beyond Amazing. My husband got it while the kids and I were swimming, went to the hotel and ate. My husband went right back up to get more chicken. If you love spice and want something different then the usual American food, this food will get you that! The jerk chicken plate was perfect. We wanted to try the jerk chicken wings! She even put them in to cook for alittle longer for us so the seasonings settle in. This place needs more credit then it's given and deserves to be poppin everyday all day. A must try when you visit. We come down every year now its added to our yearly visits!“
“We visited twice over the Christmas weekend.Freshest lettuce we had in town (including from the grocery store). Rueben was very well seasoned, even the rye bread.Staff was so kind and accommodating, made us feel at home and included during the holiday. Our favorite type of place.“
“This place had a real nice bar vibe. We went twice. Once just for drinks and a second time for dinner. Both experiences were lovely. We sat outside for drinks and inside for dinner. We also had different servers each time and they were both amazing! The food was fantastic and there were good portions! I will definitely go back next time we visit the area!“
“We ate there when they first opened up and there were still working on a menu. But we had wonderful breakfast every morning worth every penny and it wasn't that expensive. That was the Spring and we are going to be down there again this next week.“
“Out-of-town visiting from Oklahoma to Missouri. Wanted to let u all know our server Jake was so amazing, he listened to every detail of u order. I have a big food intolerance I told him that he made sure that my plate was the way it should be to accommodate my food intolerance. I would recommend going here 100 percent. Even though they where busy he made sure his tables where well taken care of. Thank you for making us feeling comfortable. U all are do a amazing job.“
“We went to the Hoedown Mystery dinner theater. I must have missed the "Hoedown" part when I booked because I was anticipating something else but still had an enjoyable time.Mystery: The presentation was cute and pretty funny. We had good seats but got served quite late (the people next to us were done before we were served but there were many people there so I could see how we were missed.Food: We were unsure of what was put in the bowls in front of us. It was very thick and I dipped my chicken in it to finally realize it was potato soup! The green beans were tasty. I wished I'd checked the menu before we came because I can't eat pork. However, the chicken and the remainder of the food was more than enough for me. I liked that they had carafes of drinks you pick up.Overall an enjoyable 90 minutes.“
“Went for lunch with our two kids. This place is awesome! Tons of nostalgia from the 80s (if you are an elder millennial or gen x age, lots of childhood memorabilia) good atmosphere for kids as well with a stage to play on. Food was good and came out quickly. Server Jeremiah was super pleasant and fun. This was our favorite restaurant on the strip and prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommend.“
“10 star! All three, atmosphere, service, food, all of it. We left top of the rock looking for a quick burger and stumbled upon this place. Please visit if you’re visiting Branson. And if you come here for a bite to eat I hope you get the waiter we had! The waiters name on our ticket is Jeremy B. This gentleman is an EXCELLENT waiter!!!…..one of the best we have ever encountered. Thank you Jeremy for a wonderful experience! Check this place out if at all possible!“
“My wife and I stopped here for a late dinner. Our server, Sharon was great and made us feel welcomed. I had the salmon, cedar mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. My wife had shrimp skewers, Mac and cheese and fried corn cobbette. Everything was good especially the fried corn cobbette. Wow…. Corn on the cob never tasted so good. They gave us a nice discount due to me being a VN VET. Good place! Ask for Sharon’s table.“
“My wife and I ate here today around noon. My first part of the review is about our server, Courtney. She was absolutely fantastic. Easily one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure of being served. My wife, who is a head chef by trade, also said the same. She is extremely friendly, and very attentive and helpful. I think being that this restaurant is one of the places within the Big Cedar property, having a server like her is invaluable. I hope they will do whatever it takes to retain talent such as herself.Next, the food. I had the Chipotle queso and chips as well as the cup of chili. Both were amazing. Some of the best queso I have ever had. The chili is also one of the top 3 best I've ever had in a restaurant. My wife had the Bison burger and she said it was very good. And, they cooked it to medium rare, just like she ordered. Most places you tell them medium rare and oray it comes out medium at most but they nailed it here. I did ask for a side of Salsa and I recommend avoiding that. It tasted off, not sure if tomatoes had gone bad or what.Overall, excellent food and service. You won't be disappointed coming here even if driving out of the way to get here.“
“Always great food when we visit. It was a longer wait than normal this time because it was so busy. It also took longer to get the food out, but we understood. The food was great! We got the bison burger. We'll eat there again the next time we visit Dogwood Canyon.“
“Years ago (about 98-99) my father took me to silver dollar city. We walked through the park and I enjoyed the smells and sounds of everything. Then we walked by a magical stall with huge skillets with fire blazing underneath and mounds of the most mouth watering food I have ever seen. The smell alone was enough to make my stomach rumble. I asked for some and my father uttered the magic words most children grew up hearing "No, we can't afford it". The memory of that food would forever be etched in my mind. I'm now an adult with adult money and no one to say no to me. I finally had that magic fried food and it was everything I wanted it to be. Delicious and amazing. If I ever have the chance to come back I will definitely be wrong here again.“
“Came in on Easter 1 hour before closing. Rachel was great. Food came out perfect Bang Bang shrimp tacos was excellent my wife had a featured menu item the Poblano pasta that she loved. The Street corn dip was delicious. Ended our meal with the funnel cake fries (man are we stuffed)!!!Will definitely come back next time we are in town.“
