“Legit Mexican food. Branson didn't seem like it would be the spot but this was good. Texican approved. Birria tacos were good, Chile relleno was delicious, tacos al pastor and their salsas were both solid. Really good prices too”

We came from Illinois for a week and were looking for a good place to eat I called to ask her about drinks to make sure she had the drinks we like and they did and she was so sweet over the phone and in person! She got our business instantly when I called and she was so sweet and inviting and I’m very glad we went! Great service and fantastic food! Hush puppies, homemade chips and salsa, onion petals, buffalo chicken wrap, homemade tenderloin, and hand branded shrimp! Wow! So delicious Thank you guys so much!!”

“Every year when my family comes down to see me we go eat and then we stop by this ice cream shop. They have so many flavors that I would Not have imagined I would enjoy, but when I get a sample out of curiosity, it surprises me how delicious these unique flavors are, this is what keeps me coming back to this place. I never thought I’d like bacon on my ice cream. Or lavender honey and salted corn! Every flavor hits a different mood and is so much fun to try. This year I ventured into trying their coffee. There was only one girl working and she was working her toosh off. She was amazing! This girl can customize your drink and she even has a few personal concoctions up her sleeve that if you ask her what her favorite is, she might share! That iced coffee hit the spot. I highly recommend, especially to visitors who never forget a unique experience and now want to go eat ice cream every visit. Thanks Funky Twig for giving me a place that’s fun and Memorable to take my family and friends when they come down.”

“We hadn't been to Pier 28 in several years, but continued to always hear good things about the restaurant. So we packed up the boat with 24th annual Teacher's Weekend crowd (my wife and her past colleagues) and made our way to Kimberling City. The restaurant was packed yet we still we were seated in 20 minutes. Our server Miranda did a wonderful job and the food was terrific. Keep up the great work Pier 28, we will be back more often.”

“I love this place. The Beef Teriyaki is fantastic, and so is their fried rice. The Tempura Shrimp appetizer is also so yummy! Small little family business. Wish they were in Nixa so I could go more often!”

“Very good variety of food and it was delicious for our party of 8 (plus an infant). We had supper on Saturday evening and breakfast Sunday morning. Everyone was very pleased and stuffed! It didn’t look very big from the outside, but they had plenty of room for our party. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely dine again!”

“This is far and away the best sports bar in town. Heck - they are pretty much my favorite place to eat, period! Their wings are the best ever - char-grilled, not fried or baked (as some mistaken reviewers have claimed. Everything is quite affordable, the service is beyond excellent, and the drinks are excellent! Do they get busy? Heck yes - and that's always a good sign! Do they occasionally have an off night? Doesn't every establishment? But do they respond to issues and take care of the situation? Absolutely! I often joke that this place is my own Cheers bar, as the staff is so good and know my name! If their food, drinks or service sucked, or was incredibly inconsistent, I'd never recommend them. But they are the best in town - and my first recommendation if someone wants a good place to watch a sporting event, they will always be my first choice to recommend!”

“We went here for my husband's birthday along with our son and his wife. They gave my husband a free muffin and we ordered biscuits and gravy, breakfast burrito bowl, a salad and French toast. Everything was excellent in taste and service. The only negative was it was very noisy when we got there, but got better as customers left. We will return!”

“Most awesome place to eat. We have been coming to Branson for several years and eat here every year. We have 2 favorite restaurants we eat at, this being one of them. We only eat out twice during our 5 day stay in Branson. We ate there last night and again tonight, instead of cooking ourselves. Amazing food. Love the new location. Like a lot of other businesses, they too have been short staffed. With that being said, they never stop moving. Always making sure their customers are taken care of. This is the first restaurant we have been to that asked us our names and treated us like family. And the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. A must go to. Amazing amazing. It’s just a great place all around. If you haven’t eaten there yet, I highly recommend it! You won’t be disappointed!”

“This is one of my favorite spots in Branson! I've never had a bad meal here. My favorite is the steak alhambre plate. The steak is cooked with tomatoes, onions and peppers, and then they add wonderful melty cheese. It's served with flavorful rice and beans, avocado, lettuce, and their absolutely phenomenal homemade tortillas. I always get the Tamarindo margarita to go with it, and it is one of my favorite meals in town. Also, their whole set-up is so inviting, family friendly, and lovely. The owners are lovely and accommodating, and you can tell how much care they put into everything they do.”
