The brisket at Come and Take It BBQ is so tender it’s basically an emotional support meat, and if the smell of the smoker doesn't wake you up, the "meat coma" that follows certainly will. It's the kind of place where you'll walk in with a clean shirt and walk out wearing enough sauce to justify a dry-cleaning bill, but the ribs are so good you’ll consider it a badge of honor. Burger Thursday yeah!
