“Went to a Sip & Paint here. Had a great time. A lot of fun & the owner checked in with us several to see if we needed anything & take a peak at our masterpieces! Ha! Ha! Really good to be able to eat before our clas & get a drink or two during. A fun time & place with a great instructor! Would recommend both the place & the class! Go and enjoy. “Was recommended to visit the farm, and I’m glad I stopped by! The blueberries aren’t in season right now, but that just meant we got the place all to ourselves. Walked around the farm and got a relaxing lap in. Blueberry muffin was amazing!“
“Went with family for a quick bite by land, but it is available to boat up to. Been here a few times before but haven't written a review before, but this review would be the same for every visit. Arrived a few minutes before opening and were warmly welcomed in and chose our own table. Although it is outside floating on the lake, a water system cools the roof, giving a much nicer temperature and the calming effect of a close by waterfall. Wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us her favorites from the menu as well as other recommendations, substitutions and was quick and efficient. Food arrived very fast piping hot, large portions, and of course delicious. For lunch I had the "Hook Line and Sinker" Tacos, which I recommend. Others in our group had the Chicken Bacon wrap, and the Aloha Chicken, which was our waitress' recommendation. Sides are plentiful and the menu has everything from the healthier choices of Caprese and a delicious Cucumber salad to the decadent Sweet potato tots, curly fries and Onion Rings. Not many places around this area have Alligator tail 'po boys and fried oysters. All quite good. Prices reasonable for what you get, especially for on the water. Also have high grade ice cream with some very delicious flavors in the shop next door for dessert. Looking forward to my next visit!“
“This an excellent Local Bar and Grill, as its name suggests. Great casual menu, friendly customers (it is a prime neighborhood place) and friendly and attentive staff. If you like a great neighborhood hang, with great burgers, sandwiches, pizza and specials, you can't go wrong. After several visits, the consistency easily let's me rate this place five stars.“
“We ate there when they first opened up and there were still working on a menu.But we had wonderful breakfast every morning worth every penny and it wasn't that expensive.That was the Spring and we are going to be down there again this next week.“
“This restaurant is a great hidden gem. It is a little off the main road and is more of a locals haunt, but the food is really good and the service great. The special of the day was chicken fried steak and it was one of the best I have had. Prices were all reasonable, and portions were very generous. Would go here again next time I am in town.“
