“This is a nice little hidden gem in Springfield! The staff is super nice and knowledgeable about the breakfast and lunch menu and the coffee choices there are! I gotta say the Cooke Butter Coffee was hands down one of the best latte's I've had and the portion sizes for what you pay is top notch! I love this place so much; there is even photo ops! I do wish they would stay open past 2PM though! I can't say enough good things about this place!!“

“Had a great experience at NLA Cafe! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and they even offered me a free drink, which was a really nice touch. The omelet was excellent, and the biscuits and gravy were absolutely amazing. The portions were great, and the prices are very reasonable, especially compared to most other breakfast places. Great food, great service, and great value. I’ll definitely be back“

“The food is excellent and the atmosphere is adorable. If you are wanting to stop in and grab a quick coffee, make sure you have at least 30 minutes because it will take all of that time, no matter how busy it appears to be. I’ve even ordered online 20 minutes prior and still waited 15 minutes inside. It’s delicious but def not somewhere to quickly pop into to grab a latte.“

“I don’t normally write reviews, but this Panera location has tremendous customer service. I had ordered my meal to the wrong location (over an hour away) and Sean and Emily were so kind and remade my meal for me so fast when I was short for time. Will be coming back here over and over. I highly recommend this location, good food and amazing management.“
