“My husband eats breakfast here everyday. I join him often. We love the friendly atmosphere. The waitresses are the best anywhere! They know our drinks and usually set them on the table as we sit down. They know what my husband eats and we never need a menu. Great ? job girls!!!“
“Sites are a bit too close. Called in June, 5 months in advance, and asked to make a reservation and was told I had one. When we arrived, we got the last spot. By 2pm all spots full. Found out this park is first come, first serve. You pay at a parking kiosk after you find your site. In full sun the kiosk is hard to see so it was a bit confusing. It is tight getting in and out due to cars parked everywhere. Full hook up site at a good price. The best part is you are right next to Lambert's. I would stay here again.“
“We love this place and keep going back! Food is amazing!!! Service is awesome!!! They even throw rolls!!!! So much fun!!! I used to go with my family growing up and now I take my kids there too!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! They even threw a roll where my 6yrs old was able to catch it! They also have a kid's menu which has some great choices!“
“Ivy did a great job taking care of us! We had a table of 7. We did have to wait a while to be seated but we got out good quickly after that. Everyone enjoyed our meals. I had the catfish place with mashed potatoes and gravy and a side salad. Tasty!“
“Best local restaurant for home cooked meals. My parents always request a meal here whenever they visit from out of town. Dad ordered the all you can eat catfish. I got the chicken livers and hubby ordered a cheeseburger. Everything came out hot and cooked fresh. And don’t leave without getting dessert! Lots of great options!! Our waitress was the best! Came away from supper with a new friend ?“
“It's fine, but I don't know that I would go back. The pizza and cheese bread is okay. Not amazing, but not bad.I would say a 3 out of 5 is pretty fair on the food. Service was about the same where it was not offensive, but took a while to get refills etc“
“Very good sized stand alone building. Not in a strip mall. Food was good as always. Service was very good. The bar area always had plenty of room for seating even on a busy Sunday morning. I’ve eaten at many First Watch restaurants around the country and so far, this was the most relaxing….“
“So I have a wheat allergy, and have been going to neighbors mill for a long time because I can have the spelt oat bread. Here recently the customer service has gone way down hill. Today I called a head and order a grilled cheese on spelt, a tomato soup, and a salad and told them “no bread on the side.” When I got there I checked my food (because I have ordered this before and still end up with bread on the salad and have to give it away) and the salad had the focaccia in with it. So I told the lady checking me out that it needs to be remade, and her response to me was “well you should have told us.” (It was written on the receipt) so while I was waiting for that I asked for a spelt pumpkin muffin, paid for it and went on my way. At a stop light I had realized that she had given me a regular pumpkin muffin. So I turned around and when I got there she said “what’s wrong now?” And I told her that she put a regular muffin in my bag when I had asked for a spelt one because of my allergy. Needless to say I’m done, between what happened today and a buddy of mine used to work there and he told me that they treat their employees like garbage. Now they’re treating their customers the same way.“
“2 year edit: This is my go-to spot now. Consistent for years, excellent people, great quality and price. Granted I get the same thing every single time I come but it has never not been amazing. Take a chance and come check this place out.6 month edit: I have been coming here 2 times a week for the last 6 months and have not been disappointed once. Best coffee in town along with a great menu. If you are reading this and thinking about giving this place a try, DO IT!Best breakfast ? in town! Awesome customer service too! Come check this place out!“
“Everything I have tried at the Polymath Educational Cafe TLC has been delicious, full of flavor, made with fresh ingredients and is vegan. Wonderful chili, soups and stews, lasagna, sweet potato and black beans over rice, chickpea salad, made to order fresh tossed salads, goulash, BBQ sandwiches and wraps, deli sandwiches, nachos and more. Fresh baked cookies and cinnamon rolls are perfect with chai tea, latte or fresh ground brewed coffee. There are gluten free options. This is a woman run business and your satisfaction is important to them. They have the best chili, creamy macaroni salad, loaded taco salad, and vanilla caramel iced coffee around. I have become a regular and am always excited to try something new. This was the Loaded Taco Salad. It's available every day and is so good with amazing flavors.“
“First off it's a very small shop and as you drive to the location it may look like it's not there. Well it is and it's delicious. I have attached photos which help for those who can really get a good visual of how they serve the food and the portions. It's more on the healthier side of things which I enjoy at times when you have been consuming butter and grease too often.“
“Healthy drinks. -- tea, coffee, smoothies, shakes and assorted wellness products in a quaint, comfortable shop just West of the Rogersville business area. Just North of Hwy 60 on the Marshall Street exit. West side North of the Church. Fast friendly service...Parking: Large lot out front.“
“We visited today for the first time and we are wondering why we didn't check it out sooner! The service was great, the food was delicious, and the prices were affordable. Our kids, 4 & 8, loved it as well. We will definitely be back!“
“Aviary Cafe has been our favorite restaurant for years, and usually have great food and service. 1/13 we waited 30 minutes for a table, 20 minutes at least before our order was taken, also seated next to the door in freezing temperatures. We finally convinced our parents to join us on this day as we were celebrating a birthday. They had never been. Unfortunately they won’t be back. Our food did not come out promptly and was cold. We had ordered 3 crepes and the classic breakfast, also cold. Our server also mentioned the french onion soup was being warmed up? Is it not fresh? For the cost and wait, not the experience we hoped for.“
“Not sure why people rate tbis place low. The food is good, service was greaat and fast. Went on xmas day, they were steady, but not overly busy. I got weat coast benedict, my family got a standard eggs/bacon bfast, biscuits and gravy, a wAffle and the turkey dinner. The rolls and buscuits were really good. The ropls and pancakes were light and not dense. Our waitress wa super nice and friendly. I would recommend trying it.“
“We had a wonderful time here. It was my very first visit. The atmosphere just made you desire to know more about our troops with the decorum set in the late 1950s. I can tell you I had their meatloaf special with a Miller Light and thoroughly enjoyed my luch. Our server was delightful and attentive. What a historical recreation honoring our service members! I salute you as a widow of an Army veteran!“
