“We visited today and ordered from the Brunch menu. I had the Pain Panu and my family member had Shrimp and Grits with a side waffle. Wow, the grits were so creamy! And the bacon on the Pain Panu was so tasty!!! To top it off, my family member had a New York Sour and I had a French Vanilla Latte...my taste buds were so happy when I left.“

“On my first few visits, I had some concerns mainly regarding the lack of interaction with staff. At first, this seemed rude and uncaring. It's a highly automated process. But I traded a few emails with the owner (Jason, if I remembered correctly) and he took time to explain the concept of this particular store.
When I understood how the lack of significant human interaction led to better efficiency, I had my mind changed completely about this store.
We order from this store 2-3 times a week, and the food is always freshly made, hot, and quick. When I understood the lack of much of the expected human interaction with the staff, I now love this model.
Kudos to the owner for creating such a trendy, efficient restuarant with the consistently delicious Panera menu.“
