“My wife and I were at the local Farmers Market walk around when she spotted Shorty's. She knows that I love Tamales and she said that they were really good so I needed to try them. When we walked up, he told us what he had available and I was thrown back when he said 'Boudin'. I'm from the South! We love Boudin! But never have I heard of a Boudin Tamale! Yep! I'm gonna tear that up! When we got home, it was on. We sat back with Jalapeño and Cheese and Boudin Tamales. Take it from a person who lived in South Texas most of his life and has had Tamales straight from La Cocina de Abuela... These are GOOD!“
“The atmosphere and service is worth stopping inside. I enjoyed a hot egg and bacon croissant, a skinny, sugar-free, almond Roca mocha (20% off on Monday!), and a hot maple bourbon coffee. All were very fresh and served hot as expected(but not always received at other places).The barista was very attentive, helpful and quick to bring me my order. The restaurant was very clean. I have also used the drive through multiple times, but I love going inside to stop the world for a few minutes.“
“Best boba tea in town in my opinion. I love the featured seasonal mixes and I love that they have non dairy milk - I always get mine with oat milk. They offer less sweet or less strong on the flavor of needed. Their boba is always fresh and the perfect texture. They have a rewards program that adds up pretty quickly if you go often. But best of all is the service - Neil and his team are amazing. Everytiyme we come in we are treated with kindness and they go out of their way to provide good service by offering samples or customization. They never rush me or seem impatient. They are really sweet to my young kids and they love going there too. The staff make us all feel valued each visit. ?“
