Awful Dr Pepper mix, been like this for months. We've suggested they look at it multiple times and they don't adjust it at all. All the other locations in town have great tasting Dr Pepper.

Horrible customer service to a loyal customer that visits 1-2 times per day for the last 2 years. Gave me a made up reason their app ordering is disabled when all other Sonics in town are still doing it. Then wouldn't help out a loyal customer with the discount the app gives.

Kind of pointless to advertise on your shiny bulletin boards that you have a new Cheesy Steak burrito and then not even have steak. When I ordered one of your new burritos this morning, I was told "I'm sorry we are out of steak". How does that even happen? If you have a promotional item that you are advertising on the boards in each stall, wouldn't you make sure to order plenty of that item? BIG FAIL.
