“I love supporting my local Strafford McDonald's I understand my order often takes time to get it correct, what I don't appreciate is when a worker and manager turn their backs on you when your trying to inform them of a problem.... not once but two days in a row. I would appreciate someone in management at the store to contact me for more details.“

“Clean, friendly subway. Nice healthier option on a car trip. The iced tea was good.Friendly staff. $47 for a family of 4. We each got 6 inch subs with chips and a small drink. The teenaged kids always go for the extra meat.Conveniently attached to a gas station with clean restrooms“

“Let me start by mentioning all the low ratings. I'm really surprised by some of them. Truck drivers complaining about not having access to the store because of drive-through only periods is just silly griping. No, we aren't the main customers at this location despite being in a truck stop. Watching customers walk in during my meal, it was clear that most customers are simply travelers passing through, not truck drivers. If people don't show up to work, management has two choices. They can either switch to drive-through only mode or they can close the store. The rent for a prime location like a busy truck stop is higher than most places, so prices will be higher than normal, and it will stay open as often as possible so they can pay that rent as well as the recent increase in hourly pay rates for workers. Taco Bell doesn't want anyone to go away hungry or unhappy with their visit. Due to labor shortages across the country, there are times when services will be limited. Anybody with half a brain will see why. Serving walk-up customers in a drive-through is potentially dangerous. They aren't going to risk their business just because somebody wants a taco. This location would be improved if it adopted a walk-up window like the Taco Bells had 40 years ago, but remodeling to deal with something that should be a temporary issue isn't financially sound.
The person who claimed they got a non-vegetarian item instead of what they ordered should have gotten a refund. It's such a normal way of handling that kind of event it made me wonder if the story was as simple as they claimed. Regardless of what happened, they should contact management at their corporate number to report what happened. If they did order vegetarian and got something else, it would clearly be a simple refund event. The only reasons I can think of it not happening is if the customer got abusive with the staff or they ate most of the order before asking for a refund. I'm not accusing them, just throwing out when it would be appropriate to refuse refunding.
This is the only Taco Bell in the country that I've had consistently good service. I've visited this location at least 6 times over the years. My order has been correct on every visit and the staff is always friendly. I travel constantly, and Taco Bell is my preferred fast food choice. The only complaint on my last visit was the tortilla on my Mexican Pizza. It seemed like it wasn't the normal kind. It should be crisp and light, but it felt more like a tostada type of tortilla. It didn't taste bad, just not what I prefer. The store itself was clean and tidy. Exactly what I want to see when visiting a fast food chain.
Vegetarian options: I'm not sure about the rest if the menu, but they do offer a vegetarian Mexican Pizza.
Parking: It's located inside a large travel center so there's plenty of parking and it also has a drive through window.“

“I went to Freddy’s and really enjoyed my delicious food. I was talking about the burger I had for DAYS, it was fresh and juicy and just put me in a good mood after a long day. If you haven’t been to Freddy’s and you don’t know what you should get I would recommend their burger. You can really taste the love that went into making it by not only the freshness but the smile that gets put on your face after the first bite. The customer service is also very helpful, I had a question and a worker there named Alex was happy to help me and had a very positive attitude while doing so. Overall 10/10 review would definitely recommend.“

“We tried several different things, and all were really good! Price was good for the amount of food received. We tried the olive burger, turkey club, cheese curds, roast beef (would have been better with a signature sauce which I was told they are working on, bbq was fine with it) kids had grilled cheese, jr burger amd chicken strips. Really no complaints.“

“Dietary restrictions: Eating out when you have food allergies makes it difficult to find something to eat that won't make you sick. They are very helpful when you let them know & they will make a note on your ticket so the kitchen is extra careful not to use anything that you can't have. They are always very helpful, nice and polite!“

“Service was the best we have had ever at a Culver's and service at Culver's is always top notch. Food was good.
Dietary restrictions: They do have a gluten free bun and they even ask if it's for an allergy.“

“Wow. I generally dislike fast food chains at truck stops but the chicken tenders I got from this Hardee's, omfg. So tender and moist, and I'm greedy with the dipping sauce anyway, but wow.
It's 08/06/2024 at 1931. I don't know if they operate the same schedule over and over but damn.
THE FOOD WAS BALLER! ?? “
