“They brought the menu to the car and then served our food shortly. Good prices, ample portions, very friendly.. I will definitely be returning. The only reason I gave a three for atmosphere is because of the gravel parking lot. I typically do not frequent businesses that do not have a paved lot..“

“When my wife and I want a great breakfast (or sandwich anytime) at a very good price, Hardee's is our favorite and Hardee's on West Chestnut Expy, Springfield is our go-to place. The people are so friendly and helpful and positive and the food is always the best. Can't beat the biscuits and gravy. Their breakfast beats all the other fast food places. Sometimes I have the big platter breakfast with sausage. Every now and then, I order a chicken biscuit and a side of grave. I eat the chicken (absolutely wonderful) like it were a sausage patty and put the gravy on part of the biscuit. Also their Chicken BLT sandwich is terrific (no mayo). The people truly make this a very pleasant place to eat. Can't beat Hardee's...and the people.“

“Can't say enough about the late night crew at this particular Burger King food is always fresh And Timely and the crew is friendly no matter what the time or how busy they are, unlike the big yellow M down the road who takes forever for an order talk to you like a dog over the intercom and then turns off the signs because they get too busy an hour before they were supposed to close so good job Burger King especially the gentleman working the drive-thru windows.“
“Food here was great. Love the friendly staff and cozy outdoor sitting. Also while you eat you get to hear all and see all the peacocks there. So if you get a chance go vist Dickerson Park Zoo and try the café out.
Kid-friendliness: They also have a playground out front for the kids to play at.“

“Been there a few times on the way to the airport. Burger and fries are great and not sized down like many burger franchises. Ordered a grilled chicken salad last visit and did not care for it. Lettuce was wilty and chicken seasoning was not good. It did come in a nice reusable container though😄“

“Our server....I think his name is Mark...was awesome and very attentive. Food was hot and fresh. Only complaint is that there were a couple of leaves coming from ceiling. One leak was behind my daughters head and the other leak (that I notice).was at the table behind where I was sitting but more in the center of the bench.“

“I am a retired Director of Operations for a Burger King franchise in Arizona. I found this little DQ when I moved to Springfield. I was immediately impressed by the work ethic of the entire crew of this restaurant. I would have loved to have had any of them in my restaurants. The food is always consistently good and the restaurant is always clean. Not just at the surface level but deep clean. I’m always made to feel like a valued guest. I hope whoever owns this location values this crew. Have you DQ’d today? Try this place first, you won’t regret it“

“For the love of god... 12:33 12/19. Just informed that Wendy’s is out of potatoes for 30min!!! How/why is that possible!! You are know for chili/potatoes and the best burger out there. It’s winter that’s what we are coming here for! This isn’t the first time this week I’ve been told that here! Why wouldn’t it be totally worth it to throw an entire bag away every day ($3.00) to ensure your customers have what’s on your menu! I betting Arby’s has roast beef so I’m headed there now.😉“

“I got mozzarella sticks and they were not hot enough but still good. I’m not a usual fan of sonic but today I decided to try some for the fun of it. But the service was amazing. The person at the drive through window was super kind (I think his name was Nick or Niko) amazing service!“
