I Love Tacos TAQUERIA | Mexican is a food truck next to Flying J. The service is quick and the atmosphere is cozy, with outdoor seating, high tables inside, and a canopy. The food is amazing. The tamales and chicken burrito are amazing. The vegetarian burrito with black beans and verde sauce is huge, fresh, and full of flavor. The veggie and shrimp tacos with rice and beans are delicious, with the corn taco cooked to perfection and the shrimp tacos w/red sauce having the perfect amount of heat. The rice and beans are super flavorful. The vegetarian burrito is SO GOOD, very big, and the chipotle sauce is great. The chicken tacos are the best ever, packed full of flavor with finely chopped onions and cilantro. However, they charge extra for usual sides like taco toppings.
