I just came from the Battlefield Mall. Hands down worst experience ever. I hate the mall and shopping. I work seven days a week. I'm tired. Y'all are suppose to be the best coffee known nation wide Check this out....I ordered a cappuccino that tasted like got black coffee. I keep getting bad quality coffee at this location then what I’m expecting from Starbucks. When I order an americano or a pour over I don’t expect to get regular brew watered down which is what it tastes like. I know what those coffee should taste and they never get them right here. Please improve. I don’t want to keep paying $4-$6 dollars for whatever down stuff

Ruined our Thanksgiving dinner, thanks. Food was disgusting, $150 wasted for sure. No heating instructions, so we wound up burning everything. Rolls were soggy, & what we could salvage of the meal was literally less flavorful than cardboard. As in I ate a piece to make sure I wasn't tripping. I absolutely was not. -10/10 definitely Do Not recommend.
