Fresh food, great service and the staff are great. Never had a issue with this mcdonalds. The gentleman working the front cleaning and running the till is terrific ! The best mcdonalds in springfield in my opinion.
Food was okay... didn't seem very fresh, stale even. The food service workers were very nice, the older Gentleman that I believe runs the front has the opportunity to work on giving customers more privacy and letting be on their merry way. Last note would be that they really need to get the floors professionally cleaned, there's oil from the kitchen all over the lobby floor and it is quite hazardous for many. - TR

OK, I gave the food, service and atmosphere all 5 stars because, yes the food was good, the service was very courteous and the atmosphere, well...it was clean(it was a drive-thru. My overall rating of 3 stars was because, for a family of 4 getting 4 sandwiches (double fish filet) 3 lrg fries, 4 drinks 2 sundaes and 2 medium shakes the total was $71.00?!?.
