I came into the restaurant two days in a row for breakfast. The order taker at the counter acted mad that I walked in. She just stood there, didn’t ask what I wanted to order. Just stared at me. She finally asked what I wanted in such a soft tone no one could have understood her. No name tags but very short person with a short hair cut and auburn hair. She is rude. The food was goood thankfully
Their customer service through the drive thru is horrible. I was asked if I wanted the the promotional meal, which I replied “No thank you.” She went silent for 2 minutes. (Normally they’d say, “What can I get for you?”... but nothing). So I asked if anyone was there and she replied snarky with “Yeah! I’m waiting on you”, still nothing of “what can I get for you”, so I replied “Sorry, I was expecting to here you ask what I wanted”, to which she replied,...read full review
