Cody C. , the only employee working during the lunch rush, was personable, interacted w each customer outside of talking their order, was calm under pressure. Nice kid. Makes good sandwiches too!
The experience at this subway restaurant was like most subways at lunch. Chaotic and out of order. They were understaffed for the time of day which led to unnecessary wait times. I understand that things slow down when they get busy but with a little help from management I think they could be the best subway in Springfield.
