Eh.. Not a fan. Too much crust. Requested extra cheese but it was missing on a large part of the pizza. They must be short handed nobody minding the counter and was ignored until a delivery guy helped me.
Pizza was delivered. So no atmosphere.
I had a pickup order, and this was my first time trying Papa John’s. Pizza was probably the best I’ve had locally, this is definitely going to be my new spot!

Papa Johns Pizza has recently improved in terms of food quality and service since a recent move. The drivers are known to be polite and friendly. However, prices can be on the higher side if special deals are not taken advantage of. A recent order of two large pizzas cost $44.22, while a later order of a large 3-topping pizza, cheese bread, and a dessert cost $27.55. The restaurant requires customers to select a tip amount at the time of ordering, which some customers find rude.
In September, there was an issue with an order where the customer service representative promised a $20 credit, but it was not added to the account. The customer called back to inquire about the credit and was told that there was no record of the promise. The customer found this to be poor customer service and was frustrated that the representative seemed to have lied to them. However, after contacting Papa Johns corporate, the issue was resolved and the credit was added to the account.
In summary, Papa Johns Pizza offers good food and polite drivers but can be on the pricier side. There have been issues with customer service in the past, but the corporate office has been responsive in resolving any problems.
