My husband was on his way home and stopped. I asked him to get a large sugar free vanilla iced coffee and he was told they didn’t have any sugar free coffee. I get it all the time at this location and I’m avoiding sugar for medical reasons. Do better.

They yelled at the pretty red head that gave me a Large water cup because “their water cups are smalls”?. Offered to pay for the cup and they said “just don’t waste our money regularly”. How unprofessional!

Placed an order on kiosk, went up to counter to get my cups and girl helping was rude about it. Was told they make the drinks for me and then went on to talk about me to the employees as I’m right next to the drink station. Not everyone knows the rules on how you do drinks, a simple helpful explanation would have worked interest of being condescending.

They have the steak egg beagel back and the staff was so cheerful it made our experience very pleasant and made everyone in the car smile. That's hard to find at a fast food

OK, I gave the food, service and atmosphere all 5 stars because, yes the food was good, the service was very courteous and the atmosphere, well...it was clean(it was a drive-thru. My overall rating of 3 stars was because, for a family of 4 getting 4 sandwiches (double fish filet) 3 lrg fries, 4 drinks 2 sundaes and 2 medium shakes the total was $71.00?!?. Thank goodness I have the app and got 15% off to make it in the 50's.The last time I visited a McDonald's in town, I was charged for sauce for McNuggets. Did not even get one for them, I would understand if I asked for one sauce per nugget. Honestly, at Wendy's I can feed my family for just under $30. But it was late and it was Friday(Lent). Food and service great. Value not so much.

Worst McD's experience in a really long time. We bought several Double Big Mac meals and the drive thru guy thrust a bag at me, overstuffed with the fries falling everywhere and the side of the bag tearing away. When I pointed it out he's was unwilling to help and pushed a second bag at me to repack it myself. Then he was adversarial when I asked for fry sauce, telling me if I wanted that I should have ordered it with everything else. I thought for $33 I should be able to ask for some kind of sauce. When I stated as much he randomly grabbed ranch then warned me not to do that again- Do what? Ask for condiments? The orange soda mix was off, just enough syrup to barely color the soda water so that got thrown out. Since the bag wouldn't close the food was no longer hot.Just a lousy experience all around and definitely not worth $33.
