The owner doesn't seem to care. there was absolutely no effort made to make our food or deliver it in a timely manner. Poor service and and dissipating selections to begin with. Just go to a better place. I recommend this place for kitchen nightmares.
Absolute amazing crew and fantastic home bar feeling where you can definitely feel the friendly staff and absolute amazing atmosphere to have a great time .
Super bummed about our experience yesterday at Dugout. We visited with our young daughter and her god father. They were really looking forward to a Cuban (as in, we made a specific trip to Springfield just for one) but we weren’t even acknowledged. We sat there at our table for at least 20 minutes, if not more, with a bartender, server and kitchen guy walking past. No one offered waters, told us they’d be with us in a second, nothing.
