Wendy's in Springfield

“Food was great, service was even better. Thank you Tamy for being a shining example of amazing customer service. Despite it being busy and having problems arise during rush, Tamy made me feel comfortable with her polite demeanor. For the first time I didn't worry that my order would be wrong. Thank you for a great dining experience.“

“The remodel significantly improved the space, making it much nicer. The food was good, as long as they stayed focused on preparing fresh, warm meals, which they accomplished this time. The staff, including those in training, were extremely nice and cordial, doing an excellent job overall. But always remember in fast food it's from visit to visit consistency is always needed“

“Full disclosure, I only stopped into this Wendy’s to use the restroom on my way through and get something small. The place was impeccably clean. Like cleanest fast food place I’ve ever seen. Skyler (name from my receipt so hopefully that’s correct) was really friendly and helpful when I was ordering, and also was the person diligently cleaning when I came in, so kudos to him for both his work ethic and customer service. I don’t often give fast food places a chance because I prefer to eat at non-chains but I had make a review for here because of how surprisingly good it was.“

“Was a little frustrated entering the drive through and who do I hear a mouse Mickey lol he asked me what I would I like to order and another gave me a suggestion on my order there were smiles and joy and fresh fries lol it made my day feel a lot better for just a moment. “My visit today was great! I am from Ohio and had to go to Missouri for a family emergency. Stopped at this wendys for a bite. What a wonderful surprise. The best Wendy's experience. The food was done and ready in just a couple minutes and everything was hot and juice.“

“Tonight my wife and I went for a late night snack to Dairy queen and I was given nasty old fries that had clearly been sitting under a lamp for over an hour. This was heart breaking so we went to Wendy’s for some better fries. The employees warned me the fries were hot and they were clearly fresh out of the fryer and delicious. You guys absolutely made my night.“

“Went to the drive-thru on 6/14 around 4:30 PM. The gentleman taking orders was friendly, very thorough, and repeated the modifications. He answered my question at the window about pricing. The gentleman who served us our food was friendly and made sure my sauces were in there. Thank you for a great experience. My food was hot and accurate. Their baked potatoes are the best.“

“I placed my own order and paid at a computer before going to the counter to pick my order up. The employee behind it was very kind & helpful. It's pretty hard to rate service.
unless you grade yourself. The Atmosphere was spent standing up waiting on an employee to call out your name.“
