“Super sweet employee at register, very helpful and even brought food to our table. I was alone with my very attractive 4 yr granddaughter after her health exam. She has flight issues. We were able to enjoy our lunch. I even had the chance to wipe up her little spills. She enjoyed her food and talking to passing by customers. Restaurant was well ran and very clean. Thank You.“

“We have always loved wendy's. I've had some disappointing experiences at this location and some good over the years. I dont usually make reviews because it seems employees are forever changing and I'd hate for a bad review to be detrimental to a good crew! My recent experience proved that point.
Last night I placed a mobile order, we pulled forward and in the midst of making everything, they had forgot to stick the frosty coupons I ordered for a gift in the bag. I didnt even realize until I had got home. I was genuinely shocked at how hot and fresh the food still was btw, so I wasnt even upset over it or going to mention it. Seeing how good the food was, I decided to swing back through tonight for something quick after work, and a very friendly guy came out to bring the item I was waiting on. Great personality and great customer service! I asked if he was the manager and he said he was. So I told him the situation, showed him my reciept, and explained how great the food was the previous night so I wasnt even going to mention it but thought it was worth a try. Instantly without question he ran inside and brought 2 coupon books out to me for the trouble and even asked if I wanted one of the frostys while he was inside! I politely declined but the gesture was what stood out to me the most! He mentioned how important it is to him to be serving everything fresh and both nights I could absolutely tell that what he was saying was true! Some of the best quality fast food we have got in quite some time and no different for the customer service!

“Timothy L (not sure if that’s his name, but that’s what our receipt said) is great! Service was very quick and the food was excellent. The dining area was very clean, and Timothy walked out a few times to see if everyone eating was doing alright. He was also working on register and cooking, so he does it all!“
